Windows XP SP2 available from Windows downloads for free. They will also send a CD copy of the upgrade for free to people
who request it.
***You may also need to update your Anti Virus software, because of the security patches
within SP2, check with the provider of your AV package***.

Try not to open too many programs while working on your computer. The more things that are open, the slower your system
will run.

Printers
- When you purchase a new printer, remember to add it to the list of printers for your computer. This will allow you to
print on your new printer.
- If you 'lose' your printer, try re-booting. If this does not solve your problem, then uninstall, then re-install your
printer (add printer) with the drivers (CD or FD) for your specific Operating System (Win 9x, 2002, XP).
